A clearer way to practise acupressure

Guided touch,
made measurable.

Find a point on your hand, follow a guided hold, and review what your camera actually observed.

Camera tracking estimates position. It does not sense touch or force.

The practice, in three steps

From uncertainty to a clearer next step.

01 / LOCATE

Find the point.

Use the camera overlay to align a hand point with your own palm. The marker reflects an estimate, not physical contact.

02 / GUIDE

Follow the hold.

Work through a timed practice with visual guidance. If tracking disappears, the experience pauses instead of pretending it saw your hand.

03 / VERIFY

Know what happened.

Review the session record, including observed time and interruptions, separately from how you say you felt afterward.

Make the invisible visible

A record with room for uncertainty.

The camera can report where it estimated your hand to be. It cannot confirm how firmly you pressed. The session view keeps those facts separate.

Grounded claims. Clear limits.

01 / LOCATION

Measured point locations

The hand library is built around measured locations. Camera guidance estimates their position on your hand; fit and tracking quality still matter.

02 / PRACTICE

Clinical context

Acupressure research varies by point and condition. A guided session is a wellness practice, not proof of a health outcome.

03 / SAFETY

Use good judgment

Stop if a practice feels uncomfortable. Seek qualified care for urgent, persistent, or worsening symptoms.

Read common questions ↓

Before you begin

Questions worth asking.

Does the camera measure pressure?

No. It estimates hand position. It cannot verify touch or force.

What if my hand leaves the frame?

The live guidance shows that tracking was lost and pauses the observed hold. The session record keeps the interruption visible.

Can I use this on my phone?

The responsive interface runs in mobile browsers, but camera tracking is not yet qualified across physical phone models. For the best view, set your phone on a stable surface in good lighting so your hand stays fully framed.

Ready when you are
